SHIPPING POLICY

ORDER PROCESSING, CANCELATION, & CHANGES:

All Orders take 2-4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) to process within our facility, this is our standard processing time for any orders placed during weekdays.


All orders once placed are finalized and products are not able to be edited or changed. Order cancellation requests will be considered but are not guaranteed. Orders are shipped as quickly as possible and cannot be cancelled once they have been dispatched. Once you have received your items, you may send them back for a refund as long as they are unopened and unused. All customers are responsible for inputting the correct information for the order’s billing and shipping address. Any requests for address or order changes will be considered but not guaranteed.

DOMESTIC ORDERS:

All continental US packages are shipped by our chosen carriers, UPS and USPS. Priority Mail (2-3 Business Days).

We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by the carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Priority and Express shipping options. If you are concerned that your package may be lost or damaged, please contact us within 7 days from the last scanned date. All issues must be resolved within 14 business days of original contact.

Undeliverable addresses include: incorrect/insufficient address, missing P.O. box numbers, refused, or return to sender. Thephilialife.com is not liable for any stolen, lost, or damaged packages; and any return packages due to incomplete addresses, undeliverable addresses, or return to sender. Thephilialife.com has the right to charge an additional fee for any reshipments regarding lost packages or packages returned back to the fulfillment facility.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

All international standard and priority chosen shipping options are shipped by DHL and are delivered by the destination's local postal service. We are not responsible for delivery delays due to weather, mishandling by carrier, undeliverable addresses, or incorrect contact information for all shipments including Express shipping options. If you are concerned your package is lost or damaged, please contact us within 15 days from the last scanned date.

International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. The recipient of the order is the importer of record and is responsible for all import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes and cannot provide any information on the cost of duty and taxes. Customs policies differ from country to country, if you have any questions, please contact your local customs office for more information.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

If you have created a login with us, you may track your order directly in your account by logging in here and visiting the order status page.

Once your payment is approved, you will receive an e-mail when your order has been processed (may take up to 48 hours). You will also receive a second e-mail once your order has shipped which will include your tracking number and a link to check the journey of your goods.

Important note: If there is a problem with your tracking number or package delivery, please contact the courier directly prior to contacting us. Please allow 24 – 72 hours for the tracking information to show.
